I was made to feel immediately welcome on arrival and felt right at home. A very comfortable bed,with lots of little touches and a decent shower. There was a great choice for breakfast every day and the food was utterly perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

I stay in various hotels and B & B's across the UK and this by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The room was immaculate and fiited with high quality furnishings and accessories as was the en suite 3 piece bathroom. The hosts were some of the friendliest and helpful people i have ever had the experience to meet. The breakfast menu was to die for, it was very comprehensive and had something to cover most common dietry needs and preferences. There was adequate off street parking. There is a pub within a walking distance and Aidrie is a short drive down the road for Lunch and Evening meals. The accomodation is situated on a reasonably quite road and i heard no traffic whatsoever. I can honestly say hand on heart that you would be very hard pressed to find better. The best nights sleep ive had in years.Thank you Billy & Kay. I wouldnt think twice about booking again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Craig Park House for two nights this week.I found the hosts very welcoming and sociable.They have a beautiful home and the guest room I stayed in was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, en-suite and spotlessly clean.The location is set in a quiet village on the edge of Airdrie which acted as a perfect base for travel to either Glasgow or Edinburgh and beyond.I had hoped to keep this gem of a BnB to myself! I will definitely be returning ☺️

We loved the cosy rooms. Breakfast Was delicious and rich. Only a ten minutes walk took ous to the station where the trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh depart.The hosts couldn't have been more heartfelt. Thank you Kay and Billy, we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. The room was large, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were really great, well cooked and substantial.

Stayed for 2 nights when working away. Room & bathroom were both clean, tidy and bed was nice and comfortable.

The house was wonderful. We’ve the Church view room. It was a suite with a huge bed and the bathroom was perfect.The house is full of details that make your stay unforgettable. I stayed for 2 nights with early starts for both days due to working at the Cumbernauld BMX race event.Kay was accommodating with the check in time allowing me to get sorted out early.As I was up and away earlier than breakfast time a packed lunch was arranged for me on both days.My room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy and had a nice warm duvet on.Will be staying again if Cumbernauld BMX are hosting again anytime soon.Thanks Casey

We loved Craig Park House! The hosts were very friendly, the room was clean and well-equipped, the bed comfy, the shower hot and powerful and the breakfast delicious. What else could we ask for?

This is a classic B&B, with great hosts. It really feels like a home from home. The nearby train station, which is only a 5 minute walk, makesfor a great base for either Edinburgh or Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Will book again the next time in Scotland.

100% in every way, lovely room, comfortable bed and a really good packed lunch as we were leaving early.

I arrived at Craig Park house to be met by Billy the owner of the establishment.Billy was very friendly and accommodating. I also met his wife whose name escapes me sorry. She is also a lovely person.The room was fantastic with a nice large bed with lots of goodies in the room.What can I say about the breakfast which has probably been said thousands of times, it was amazing.Thanks for having me. I would definitely recommend this establishment to any of my family or friends.Col

Had a lovely stay and everything was great,especially the Breakfast.Train service to Airdrie,Glasgow or Edinburgh is very good. Also Bus stops right outside. Only negative Couldn't find anywhere to eat in Caldercruix, although there is a takeaway, so no problems.Thank you Kay and Billy.

Only a ten minutes walk from Caldercruix station, Craig Park House is the perfect location to discover Glasgow and Edinburgh. Especially if you don't like to stay in the big cities and prefer to get in touch with friendly hosts and other open-minded, sociable guests. Kay and her husband are very warm and welcoming and they set up a comfy ambiance among the guests. I wasn't missing a thing during my stay in "Nae View". The bed was warm and comfortable, the shower was comfortably large, the carpet soft and there was a wardrobe for my belongings. The bus is leaving directly in front of the house.The dogs are friendly and very well behaved.I was looking forward to breakfast every single morning because it was rich and tasty.I highly recommend to stay at Craig Park House.

Our stay at the Craigpark Guest House was fabulous every detail you could think of is catered for with lovely rooms and loads of little extra touches including meeting my dietary requirements. Arrived a little early but we were welcomed by Kay, a wonderful Hostess and shortly after by her husband Billy. Our room was extremely comfortable with everything necessary and more. Breakfast was exceptional and set us up for the day. Kay and Billy, a grand team in a beautiful house.

Hidden gem in a small town called Caldercruix, it is a nice house which servers an excellent home cooked breakfast in the morning. Also the price is very good for that quality!

Having travelled for several hours to get to work only to find that there was a local holiday I was pretty stranded as I couldn't check in till 4:30pm. I rang up to see if I could check in earlier. Was told by Kay that it was no problem and to make my way there (life saver). Having arrived and shown to my room I was presented with a very nice room (church view) and a HUGE bed. I couldn't have asked for more. I usually keep myself to myself as I stay in umpteen places all over the UK through my work. Billy and Kay are exceptional hosts and I couldn't recommend to stay there more. Which I will do if I find myself in the area again. I had the Scottish breakfast on the two occasions and it was very good. All in all a very pleasurable experience. Don't hesitate to book.

Billy and Kay are delightful and engaging hosts. The house and bedroom/bathroom were all neat, clean, and exactly as described. Breakfast was sooo yummy. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities galore were offered. Everything about my stay was just what I hoped for.

Billy and Kay are great hosts. Food was good and plentiful lots of menu choices. They know the area and gave advice on hikes, trains and restaurants. They are super people, nice to to converse with, also have 2 nice dogs and a good outdoor area. Lots of parking and central to anything you want to see in this part of Scotland.

A lovely B and B on our way home from a holiday further North in Scotland. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Billy and Kay.Extremely comfortable bed in a very clean room with a powerful shower.Delicious breakfast in a lovely dining room with great ambience.A very chilled atmosphere with attentive service.Good safe car park.Short walk to a train station that we didn’t use.There aren’t many evening sit down eating options in the village (there are take always) but there are restaurants in neighbouring towns.

Stayed here for one night after picking up our camper van to head off to the NC500. Kay and Billy were brilliant hosts. We stayed in the Nae View room, it was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was amazing. I got to meet their lovely big dogs too. We liked it so much we booked it again on the way back. Will certainly be booking again. Thanks Kay and Billy

As a female staying alone my overriding feeling was one of feeling safe and comfy. Lovely room with a great view from the window. I’d had a long stressful journey so to have a comfy bed, wine glass provided for that much needed glass or 2 of wine, sweet things available was a nice touch. I was visiting Forever Doodles, couple of miles away, to see their puppies. I was asked by them if I’d recommend Craig Park House for other clients to stay when visiting. Definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are near Glasgow.The town is just a few minutes away if you need dinner.Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with a very nice selection of tea and coffee.Breakfast was one of the best we had while staying in Scotland.

Craig Park House is a great location to access Glasgow and Edinburgh by train, with the station a short walk away. It is also a convenient sightseeing drive to Stirling, Fife and St. Andrews. The accommodation is clean and homey, and breakfasts are cooked to order from various choices - all was excellent. Most of all, Billy and Kay are the sweetest folks who were unfailingly helpful, pleasant and good-humored. I loved my stay with them.

An excellent place to stay. Everything was in place to make our visit extremely comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful and set us up for the day. We would recommend Craig Park House to anyone visiting Airdrie or passing through. Lincoln is naughty but totally lovable!!!

On arrival, we were greeted by our hosts with a warm and friendly welcome. The house is beautiful and retains most of it’s features and characteristics. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing, best I’ve had ever. The location is ideal as Caldercruix train station is a ten minute walk. From there one can get a train to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and think it excellent value for money. I highly recommend this B&B and hope to return.

Came up from Kent to watch the speedway at Armadale and was so lucky to have chosen this wonderful place to stay. Billy and Kay are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are naturals when it comes to making guests welcome. The food was excellent and the B&B itself was tastefully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there and would definitely book again.

We arrived and Kay greeted us like old friends, the place is spotless and feels very safe. We were in the Lea View room which is a really good room, nice size and Kay had left us biscuits and even a box of milk tray chocolates! Bed was really comfy and the shower was wonderful. There is a bus stop right outside to get a bus into town and it is a 5 minute walk from the train station and the nearest pub.Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, fruit with yoghurt and granola and such a choice of breakfasts from full Scottish onwards. We chose the poached eggs and smoked salmon, delicious, and the eggs and bacon on breakfast muffin. Just right to start us off with a lovely chat with Kay and Billy plus their beautiful Newfoundland dogs, the puppy is simply gorgeous.A great place to base yourself for the area and we will definitely be going back, will be looking at their lodges with the hot-rub next door as well.

I have just spent a full week on a course and chose to stay at Craig park house.The room was spotless and warm.The breakfast set you up for the day and the morning banter with Kay was always on point.Few more courses next year so will definitely be back

The hosts were nicely attentive and provided a great breakfast.The rooms were spotless and had plenty of character.We will definitely stay here again whenever we're back in central Scotland.

To be honest, the reason I ended up at Craig Park House was that my usual large chain hotel (where we have a company account) was charging a ridiculous rate for the night - around £180 for one of those bland prison cell rooms! Admin dept was absolutely fine with a bit of extra paperwork if I could find somewhere reasonable.So here goes; easy to find, on site parking right outside the door and a warm welcome from a chatty and smiley host. Room was lovely, very homely, all to a good standard and spotlessly clean. The tea tray contained a whopping selection of beverages, biscuits and chocolates. The bedside USB charger was really handy (usually I have to string an extension cable over from the opposite wall) and the wifi was blisteringly fast.Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of options (pre order).I'm sure I'll be back!

A very friendly, cosy and affordable guesthouse with a delicious breakfast. My only regret is not having more time there. I highly recommend it...Hospitality at its best!

Billy and Kaye provided everything I could have asked or expected.Amazing value for money. Really appreciated the quality of everything provided. Thoughtful nice touches such a desktop adaptor for USB devices. Multiple dispenser of shampoo, bodywash and gels etc. Breakfast was top quality, cooked to perfection. Nothing too much trouble. All in all a pleasure to be a guest.

Our room was beautiful seted up. Quiet comfy bed in kingsize! Breakfast was delicious and there was nothing missing. Thanks for this nice stay.

My husband & I had a delightful stay at Craig Park House. We were instantly made to feel welcome from the moment that we were greeted at the door. Our room was on the ground floor so no need to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs! The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable large bed. There was a fabulous selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolates, biscuits, sweeties & a lovely little box of chocolates. Yummy!!! The en-suite was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for our needs. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were all supplied & the water was lovely & hot.Breakfast was excellent!!! A fantastic selection of cereals, fresh fruit, juices & homemade smoothies were on offer for starters. The choice of breakfasts was superb!! We were asked to select our breakfast the night before ( something that we don't have a problem with) & I can see why as the choice was extensive. As well as 'normal ' breakfasts there were gluten free, dairy free, vegan!!! My husband thoroughtly enjoyed his Scottish breakfast & I enjoyed a bagel with smoked salmon. Our hosts, Kay & Billy were absolutely delighful & made us feel very relaxed. If we were ever in the vicinity again we would most certainly stay at Craig Park House. We loved staying at Craig Park House. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to help us get to our destination as we didn't have a car and the accommodation itself was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished . We felt as though we were being looked after by family who really cared and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. We'd love to come back again on our next trip to Scotland.

 It was a wonderful stay! Kay and Billy are doing wonderful job. It is a pity that we can give only 10 out of 10 to their lovely B&B, as we would gladly double the score if we could. Beautiful room with all relevant facilities, delicious breakfast, spotless clean and well-decorated house. The service and friendliness are beyond any positive estimation. Our only regret is that our stay was too short.

I’m not a fan of BnB accommodation butCraigpark is exceptional. Lovely room, great attention to detail and the best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. Kay was a great host. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this to other people.

I would have to say the hospitality and accommodation at this guest house are top class . I would stay here again if I was to be travelling to this location . The Room was warm , the ensuite was clean and had everything , the bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were very nice.

We arrived after a long day on two motorbikes on a very wet day and where allowed to use the garage to put the bikes in .A great comfy room with all the extras . superb breakfast and really nice people . highly recommended .

So much more than just a b&b lots of thoughtful extras too many to list that enhanced our stay.Such a great choice of hot and cold breakfast to have I enjoyed thechoice of prepared fruit,coffee good and a nice touch of proper serviettes not cheap paper ones.everything was exceptionally clean &comfortable it felt like home,nothing was too much trouble for our host.There is also a fantastic outside seating area for guests to enjoy on a warm evening.Well worth the 4 star rateing,great value.

Stayed here on my own as hubby was taken into hospital.Kay made me so welcome it was like being at home.The room was gorgeous (Churchview) and facilities i.e. Toiletries, hospitality tray were first class.As for the breakfast, yummy, yummy, yummy.This place is listed in the Best B&B in Scotland, in my humble opinion it is number one.The Newfoundland dogs are delightful too! If I am back in the area will certainly make a bee line for Craig Park House.

Absolutely charming wee B&B, clean, fantastic service, very welcoming and owners are going an extra mile for their guests 😉. Room had everything one could wish for, even a usb charger, and the breakfast was a dream. Huge selection of fresh fruit/cereal, etc and a big menu to pick from with a touch of something special. I only stayed for one night as down there for work purposes but Ivwill certainly come back and also recommend the Craig Park House to friends and collegues.

This Bed and Breakfast is immaculate and in a great location away from the city but with east access to the Scot Rail train station. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

If you are travelling in Scotland and need a central base this has to be it. Warm welcome (as always), spacious comfortable rooms, close to all local restaurants and shops and the way you are treated makes you feel like you're at home. Travelled on business and booked the Craig park House, what a lovely warm welcome after a 7 hour drive!The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I wanted, with the added extra of a towelling bath robe! Plenty of hot and cold drinks available in the room, nothing is too much trouble.The breakfast was great, good quality food and good portion sizes, I can fully recommend the full Scottish breakfast. I will definitely be booking again when I am next in the area for business.

I was working in Glasgow.and lodged at Craig Park House. My experience was really excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The hours that I was working meant that I could not be present for breakfast and I was given a substantial packed lunch as a replacement. The accommodation is of a really high standard andI will definitely be coming back for more.

An excellent reception and stay from beginning to end. Welcomed at the door by name and shown to the two rooms we had booked. Such an amazing and relaxing atmosphere. Every room we say and stayed in was clean and beautifully finished.Highly recommend

My friends and I were going to a wedding reception in Airdrie and we booked Craig Park House to stay in. The rooms were lovely, nice and big, contained everything including a bottle opener and some wine glasses!Breakfast the next day was amazing, didn't need to eat till tea time. If I'm through in Airdrie again would definitely stay here

Simply the best business stay I have had in a long time. Great warm welcome. Left to my own devices to get on with work in the evening. Fantastic facilities. A great home from home. Value for money is excellent and the breakfast in the morning - WOW. I'll be back again for sure.

We had a great time to stay there on 14 August 2016.Everything is exceptional out of our expectation. Kay is a warm host and helped us to book restaurant for dinner.The setting and decoration in her house is beautiful and in details.The bed is very comfortable too.We had relaxing time in the garden.All in all, we highly recommended to the vistors.

I work in the area on a regular basis and have been using another hotel, however I really wasn't happy. I have no idea how I stumbled upon Craig Park House on the internet, but I am very glad that I did! From the moment that you walk in, you are aware that every attention to details has been accounted for. Kay is attentive but not intrusive and it's those little added touches, such as the chocolates in your room which make your stay so nice. My breakfast was fantastic - The cooked breakfasts are fresh and cooked to order, however there are also plenty of options with fresh fruit, cereals and of course..."Kay's own smoothie". It's truly home from home and really peaceful and relaxing. I stayed two nights last week and back for another night this week and will definitely be using Craig Park House in the future. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Kay i8s a wonderful host aided by her lovely husband! Fantastic breakfasts, the best of our holiday. Such a comfy bed, and a very comfortable and welcoming stay.The B & B is situated on a fairly busy road but that is the only slight down, everything else was super! It is difficult to compare this place to other hotels, because it is more like staying at friends' house. The owners are amazing and they do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

I stayed here on 26th July and it was fantastic. Extremely welcoming, greeted by my first name and shown to my room, which was large, clean and well stocked with goodies. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Deserves every one of its 4 stars.

We really appreciated the coffee and cakes when we arrived. The rooms were super especially the super king bed.The breakfast was lovely so much choice.Kay and her husband were very nice .I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

Very nice clean guest house and the owners are friendly and helpful. I was working in the area and was up too early for breakfast so they made me a pack lunch which easily kept me going through the day. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Billy and Kay and their Newfoundland dog, Bella, made this stay exceptional for us.Kay's breakfasts were special....very delightful.And Billy's generosity in helping us with directions, recommendations,and his personal time was much appreciated.

3 of us on a fishing trip for a couple of days stayed and found everything from a lovely warm welcome by Kay and Bill to the last breakfast excellent. We all thought the spotless bedrooms with ensuite very comfortable and very well appointed. I had a wonderful nights sleep.The breakfasts superbly cooked to order were delicious and kept us going all day. This is a 5* plus Guest house that deserves all its top rating, highly recommended and we all will return. Thanks to Kay and Bill.

Arrived late due to bad accident on M6. Arranged food at local restaurant last minute, was excellent also. Room was exemplary, all catered for. Breakfast was brilliant, loved the haggis. Would stay again without hesitation

We were impressed with the luxurious interior and the peaceful and charming village, even better than we expected. At one time, we found ourselves in need of help and we were treated like friends. This is an experience I will never forget.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting relatives in the area.Kay and Billy are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble.A warm welcome, a first class breakfast and the accomodation is excellent.Very tasteful decor, a lot of thought and effort has gone into making it a home from home.They gave us friendly advice as where to eat for dinner, and driving directions when the satnav took us round the houses !We're definatly planning to stay here again.

Charming decoration in keeping with the style of the house, the superb standards of cleanliness and the fabulous super king sized really comfy bed (Church View room), make this a wonderful place to stay.The breakfast is cooked to perfection, with a huge choice of everything you expect to see in a top class hotel.There are also lots of treats for guests you won't find in other B&Bs and hotels.Best of all are the hosts Kay and Billy. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and by the end of my stay, they felt like old friends I had known for years.I highly recommend Craig Park to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Craig Park House is a 'real find': the house is lovely and the owners are very helpful and welcoming. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in West Central Scotland. The rooms are beautiful and very thoughtfully 'provisioned' and the lounge is very comfortable. Although it is marked as Airdrie it is out of the town on the A89 which makes for easy access to other parts of Central Scotland. We hope to be back another time.

We had a very pleasant stay at Craig Park House. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lift to the pub in the evening which was very welcome as we were very tired when we arrived and wanted to have a meal in the pub and then get to bed early as we had an early start the next day. We had a very nice packed lunch made as we were leaving early before breakfast. The room was very comfortable and was very well equipped. Will definitely stay again.

Although a little of the beaten path, you could not find a more friendly,helpful,luxurious,gourmet place to stay. Kay and Billy were a pleasure to have as hosts and could not do enough to help us have a pleasant stay.if I could give them seven stars, I would. Make some of the other B&B's look very ordinary.

I arrived to be greeted by Kay who was very welcoming, explained everything and gave me menu to choose from an extensive range. The room was immaculate, well above what I could have expected, nice little touches like biscuits, sweeties, a range of beverages. The room was lovely and cosy. I went down for breakfast, it was superb, Kay and I had a nice chat over my delicious breakfast. On the second morning she even gave me a quicker route to where I was going. Overall really pleasant, I hope to be back soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles !! I have travelled a great deal to many different countries & this accommodation is as good as any I have stayed in . The rooms are spacious & spotlesswith everything you could want - tea/coffee making facilities - bottle of water - chocolate biscuits - sweets - hand lotions & potions - hair dryer - mini fridge etc etc . The breakfast is better than most 4 star hotels & probably some 5 star ones - the selection of fresh fruit - yoghurt - cereal - juice - health bars - comes with a choice of tea / coffee or hot chocolate - porridge & honey if you fancy & then a fantastic choice of cooked breakfasts is available all cooked to order .Thanks to hosts Kay & Billy for a truly memorable stay - what a Gem of a B&B !!

Very welcoming, exstremely clean, wonderful breakfast couldn't have asked for more, would highly recommend.

The stay at the Craig Park exceeded all of my expectations, I stayed in several hotels during the time I was away and this was the best by far. Of all the B & Bs we have stayed in in the UKand elsewhere,Craig House is without doubt the most perfect!From the warm welcome we received,to thebeautifully appointed bedroom and en suite,to the lavish and delicious breakfast -allwas wonderful.Our only regret was that we were not able to stay another night,since we departed Scotland the next morning!
